Negative Stigma of the Truck Wash Industry - Illegal Alien Employee Assumptions

Okay so, I've been in and around the truck wash business for most of my career. I'm going to make some comments here today, and I don't want you think I'm a racist, and I want to know up front I happen to be a white male in his 40s. Nevertheless, the truck wash business is labor intensive, and it's hard to get a spoiled white kid, even from the lower or middle-class to come in and work all day cleaning trucks. Look, it's hard work, it's a backbreaker, and you are sore and tired, soaked, and completely wore out at the end of the day. Suffice it to say, I have cleaned enough trucks in my day to know this.
