Are Decisions Based Only on Charts Better?
In some cases, studying a chart without seeing the data provides a superior predictive analysis over studying just the data or both the charts and the data together. Bubble charts or bubble graphs are a great way to see data in three dimensions, and are particularly useful in project portfolio management.
