In a surprise move, Duke Energy CEO to run united company
(Reuters) - Duke Energy Corp closed its $18 billion buyout of Progress Energy Inc on Tuesday and said Progress Chief Executive Bill Johnson has resigned and will not be taking the top job at the combined company as had been previously planned.
