2013 Set for Large Mortgage Price War - If Borrowers Believe Someone Will Lend
Part of the problem with the UK mortgage market is that borrowers are assuming that they will not get a mortgage if they apply for one. The reality is that there are banks and building societies with an appetite to lend but unless house buyers believe they can get a mortgage they will not even try.
