Seven Tactics for Building Organizational Effectiveness
Organizational effectiveness is about the process of getting results; too often it is described as a destination rather than a route to take. The tactics described here enable leaders to make the changes necessary to become more effective by: showing the organization that enhanced organizational effectiveness is both acceptable and desirable; making sure employees have the skills, know-how and resources to accomplish it; and providing them with a clear, realistic path to take.
