Is PPI Required Or Optional? Why Are Some Lenders Getting In Trouble?
Payment protection insurance-also known as PPI-falls into one of two insurance categories: required or optional. While the correct category for PPI would be optional insurance, unfortunately that has not been the case over the past several years.
