10 Tips to Master Creative Conflict
Conflict is an unavoidable and in fact essential element of any interaction between individuals with different perspectives, within groups during development of new programs, products and services and during periods of change. When different perspectives are shared conflict is inevitable yet productive when the mutual goal is a positive outcome. Focusing on the outcome improves the likelihood of a positive result once the conflict subsides.
