Forrester Revises Up Tablet Projection to 112.5 Million Adults; Effect on Online Video

Forrester expects that 112.5 million adults, or one-third of the adult population, will own a tablet by 2016, a revision of its previous forecast of 82.1 million. But what do these figures mean for online video? For more details on how tablets may usher in an era of high engagement and completion rates for online video, check out this week's New Media Minute.-Daisy Whitney

The previous forecast of 82.1 million was for 2015, not 2016. That's part of the reason for the jump.
